Add note in documentation that custom favicon must be stored as favicon/favicon.ico.

Also, I got this error when trying to render with a custom favicon:

File favicon/mask-icon.svg not found in resource path
Error: pandoc document conversion failed with error 99
Execution halted

Were you on Windows when you got the not found in resource path error?
