Description

  • ecflow fails on Autort BL tasks on Jet

To Reproduce:

  1. Use AutoRT on Jet with Baseline task

Additional context

The Jet sysadmins wish us to use their ecflow node (tfe1) without running tasks from tfe1. In order to accomplish this, there needs to be changes to rt.sh and rt_utils.sh.
