Cannot find surface tension parameter

Hi,
I am trying to simulate a liquid jet in air crossflow and to model to breakup of the liquid jet accurately I need to specify the surface tension of the liquid. I can't see a variable assigned to surface tension in the source code. How is the surface tension of fluids calculated in the code?
