With openjpeg 2.4.0 on Windows 11, we have been compressing medical images. Almost all images are going well, but some images are compressed like the attached one. I don't know why the blurred box are displayed on the upper right side of the image. The compressed jpeg 2000 stream is inside the attached zip file.

Can anybody give us some comments on this kind of issue?
