概要

PaymentSummaryCollection.Exchanges() を呼ぶと、内部で無限ループとなる。
すべてが想定通りであれば問題なく止まるが、なにかイレギュラーがあると無限ループになる可能性がある。

ステップ数制限とかで無限ループ回避したほうが良さそう
