Currently there's no way to upload and use audio files in Obojobo.

It's possible to host audio assets elsewhere and use an HTML node to insert an audio tag, but ideally Obojobo would be able to handle audio uploads and have an easy way of inserting them into module content without requiring authors to know about this workaround.
