Large amount of warnings when building Tervel with '-Wextra' #2

Extremely large number of warnings popping up when Tervel is used in a project that utilitizes '-Wall' and '-Wextra' options in GCC.

To duplicate add the '-Wextra' option to the DEBUG variable in the makefile found in tervel/tests.
