powershell-toolbox: oh-my-posh path changed

The following commit changed the path of the oh-my-posh binary: JanDeDobbeleer/oh-my-posh@55113b8

It used to be installed to /usr/local/bin, but now lands in /root/.local/bin

All builds after July 16 present the following error:

[skyblaster]

Current workaround is to simply run the following inside of distrobox:
sudo cp /root/.local/bin/oh-my-posh /usr/local/bin
