Use new Anaconda Web UI

We can ship the new web UI, it just will not run the %post command we need it to run in order properly set the rpm-ostree remote.

We only support automatic install anyway, so perhaps we can just slice out the button options for those and then the only blocker for us would be the rebase-kickstart thing right? (Is that filed anywhere?)
