Describe the bug

When the custom partitioning spoke is entered, it raises an exception with a message: "cannot initialize a disk that has partitions"

What did you expect to happen?

When trying to partition a disk, an Anaconda module error appears instead of the markup dialog box - cannot initialize a disk that has partitions
