As it's a WordPress post type, you can export as XML, and then find a tool to convert that to CSV, I suspect. (When doing a WordPress export you can specify which post types to export).
It's a bit tricky to get working with anything I've found. Do you have any suggestions? I have a php script that does it (poorly) with hardcoded values but I can't really ask people to use that.
I guess the issue is the fact that the data is never consistent across sites - i.e. with custom fields/taxonomies etc. A standard tool probably won't be able to handle all that. That being said I've used http://www.luxonsoftware.com/converter/xmltocsv with success in the past. Possibly worth trying out?
Can we add a feature that allows profiles to be exported as a CSV?
