Show numbers of blocked ads/trackers

Is there a patch available for this feature somewhere?

Don't know, but Vivaldi, which use ABP, managed to implement this feature
(Didn't mention Brave, because they are on ublock ori. style).

Describe the solution you would like

If possible, a button on toolbar showing numbers of blocked content.
There are many invisible trackers, which is impossible to know blocked or not, simply looking at the ad less web page.
This will be also helpful to us, for reporting any blockers related issues if happened.

I honestly don't see the point, I don't think I will do it personally.
I'd rather focus on #323, in which I want to insert a graph showing the 'technical' status of blink and the browser, and the possibility of displaying the javascript log in android as well.

a counter would serve no purpose, in my opinion
