no, is not possible. even if i were to reactivate the feature i would have to pay the api key to google and set up a proxy between the browser and the endpoint, to mask the ip. someone else found alternatives, see #97 |

How can I get Cromite to use Google's built-in web translator?
I use alternative browsers like Vivaldi/Brave, but they use the built-in Lingvanex web translator, which is unresponsive and laggy.
Kiwi has a great built-in Google web translator, but laggy when used intensively.
I love Cromite, great browser. but I miss inbuilt google translate. can I get one to have inbuilt google translate in the future? why not give option/toggle in setting, and user can configure want to use or not.
English is not my primary language, I browse in any alphabet and language (like korea/japan/chinese) only google have a best inbuilt web translate. I hate using chrome in mobile because many intrusive ads now in mobile web.
