[Feature request]Custom sync server

I think brave go sync would be a great choice and easy(?) to implement
Brave go-sync server is open source
It understands components/sync/protocol/sync.proto used by the official Google sync service.
It Enforces client side encryption
And doesn’t require sign-in to use sync (Uses “Sync Chain” concept)
It can be enabled using comandline flags and writing /data/local/tmp/chrome-command-line over adb or start the executable with the --sync-url feature flag on pc

It is actually the only reason I use brave instead of cromite or bromite before that or even ungoogled chromium and I would love to switch from it
