Creation of a 32-bit version for Chromite Windows version.

I wish there was a 32-bit Windows version, because not everyone has a powerful PC that supports 64-bit, many like a browser that consumes little computer resources. I would really like a 32-bit version because it lacks that for me to want to use it straight.

I will take this into account. the fundamental problem is that I will not be able to test it.

Many browsers have a 32-bit version a few don't but the 32-bit option for those with a limited PC would be the best thing they could have it doesn't weigh much on mine here but I think if it did it would be so light fast and secure it could even become the lightest and most secure browser because of this it would have what many want a browser that doesn't sacrifice your machine by pulling resources and will be known for being very secure.

I have to do the build of chromium vanilla for #1271, so I will create the infrastructure for the build of other ‘non-main’ releases in which I will put the android webview and if I can also 32bit windows if chromium has the necessary build flag (which I do not yet know).

Chromium is know to be safe, cromite only when the necessary tests are available.
Meanwhile, its use is a gamble, I hope you understand that.
