Installation on empty database problem

I am using nuget package built from Development branch (at time of writing this, last commit is of Dec 14th 2015) and Umbraco 7.4.0-beta

On first attempt, I created empty VS project, installed Umbraco via Nuget and performed installation of Umbraco on empty database. After that, I added uWebshop nuget, ran project and uW tables were created.

Now I am trying fresh installation of same project on an empty database. Connection string is changed to point to empty database. After I run project from VS, I am stuck at first installation screen (one showing a drum) with progress bar spinning indefinitely at the bottom of the page. I am waiting for the result but even after 10-15 minutes nothing happens.

I checked database and no tables were created at all
