split badges into three sections 1. current project status 2. standards used in project 3. incubation status add maven central version badge. add npm dev dependency status badge. remove code climate issue count badge. add SemVer 2.0 standard badge. add Keep a Changelog 1.0 standard badge. add Conventional Commits 1.0 standard badge. add Commitizen badge friendly badge.

sectioning badges should help adopters identify different types of key information faster.
In addition adds more status and standards badges
