Project selector should start from previous project directory

Problem to Solve

The Project selector opens in a default directory every time. However, projects are often grouped in the directory hierarchy.

Current Workaround

Re-navigate to the right place in the directory hierarchy.

Proposed Solution

Open the file selector in the current directory. Alternatively, define in the parameters a default folder to open.
