GridView requires CssClass to be specified for header and item rows #63

This seems to be required when binding the grid in the code behind:

Dim row As GridViewRow

gvGridView.HeaderRow.CssClass = "GridViewScrollHeader"

For Each row In gvGridView.Rows
row.CssClass = "GridViewScrollItem"
Next
