Describe the bug
images/videos posted disappear from search which makes them unable to grow, it s like a secret shadowban, it doesn't matter the nature of pic/vid and it seems to be account dependent

To Reproduce
post a pic, search from another account the username of the previous on whom you posted it then see if the picture/tweet appears in search, if not the pic's engagement is capped massively and the tweet is rendered useless no matter its quality

Expected behavior
explain us the mechanics of which pics/videos get targeted by this automated filter or fix the issue
