Symptom:

Description:

The lovely people on twitch managed to cat /dev/urandom which left the vim container hanging. When it restarted the stream was still broken because the windows rdp client application wasn't responding and couldn't be killed with task manager. The rdp client application eventually died and I reconnected to the VPS, the people then ran cat /dev/urandom again.
