Feature Request: Responsive Tabs

Hello,

I feel this would be a great addition to bootstrap.

i'm not sure if the code complies with bootstrap standards or not. I wish i could contribute. Sharing this and requesting it is the most i can contribute.

Why not use togglable tabs? http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/javascript.html#tabs

They aren't that responsive in the way this plugin is.

Image a set of 5 or more tabs, on a smaller screen they aren't that user friendly.
