With bootstrap 2.0 when a user has a .top-bar on the page with drop downs in it the scroll spy should highlight the parent li a when the drop-down menu the that has the selected child in it not clicked. If you need a better explanation just let me know

yep haven't gotten to updating the js for 2.0 yet :P
