responsive.css page change breaks https

When browsing an https site, if you narrow the page so that it invokes the responsive css then a page update is performed.

This update send a request for glyphicons-halflings.png over http rather than https.

This causes chrome to change its padlock icon from green (Google Chrome has successfully established a secure connection with the site) to yellow (The site uses SSL, but Google Chrome has detected insecure content on the page).
