v4 - provide all in one html for documentation and/or fix search

documentation navigation for V4 on http://v4-alpha.getbootstrap.com/ could use some improvement. Specifically,

• search feature is hardly usable (it doesn't pick up most things available in documentation)
• lack of all-in-one documentation html makes using browser based search nearly impossible

In other words, it's difficult to impossible to use current v4 documentation site as a development reference site (without relying on google or some other third party documentation search service).

There's discussion of improving search over in #21125. Right now it's a super shitty solution I implemented long ago to give me some quick nav based on page names and nothing else.

An all in one docs page could be interesting... I'd prefer to automate that somehow rather than copy-paste all components and classes and what not into a single page. I'll look into it.
