Example files

Consider including some example files in the bootstrap github repo. I've already spent more time
than I wanted trying to get supposedly dead-simple bootstrap code to work, and have failed,
because I've made assumptions about the necessary layout of the html file I'm working with.

I believe others have experienced similar pains, which can easily be avoided with the inclusion of a few simple (full) .html files as examples.

As @patrickhlauke mentioned, we've got specific documentation about a shell of a page with the starter template and the examples include multiple explorations of possible layouts and templates, including the starter template itself.
