That's a rather outdated version. The latest iOS is v7.1.
Unless the problem still happens with v7.1, we probably don't care about it.

it will probably still happen… we don't listen to window resize in our tooltips/popovers. currently for this behavior to work you'll have to add a resize event yourself.

though it's probably worth us listening to the resize event as well
