BS3 doc translation list

I'm translating BS3 documents into Chinese.
BS v3 http://v3.bootcss.com
and old v2 http://www.bootcss.com
I think that there are more document translation with many languages all over the wold.
I suggest making a list of all translations listed in a page.

There should be some rules for official translation list.
For example the translation site should clearly mention it's a translation, and there should also be a way to make sure that the hash checks of javascript files remain the same.

yes, we should make rules.

It's good for guys finding BS docs in mother language.
Adn listing all translation on the offical home page will help more guys.
