Open in background Reposition

Open in background button should always be close to where user tapped, instead of based on screen left, sometimes it's next to the touch position, sometimes the dialogue opens but since open in background is at the top, it's a bit of a stretch. A divider with open in new tab and open in background should always be close to touch position.
I understand that it's not that simple, I'll probably do some ux related redesign and post possible solutions with possible issues that happens because the screen size vs dialog size.
