Allow repeating lessons on completion.

I've been using this to help improve my typing skills (especially since moving to an ergonomic keyboard).

One thing I'd like to see is to have the option of repeating a lesson after it's complete rather than having to navigate through them in the main menu every time.

Logically this could likely be a different keypress in the "Good Job" screen.
