This function solves the problem (这个功能解决的问题)

现在n-data-table 的 DataTableColumn Properties 的 align 参数，不能分开配置列数据的对齐和列头的对齐，希望增加单独对列头对齐的api

Expected API (期望的 API)

DataTableColumn Properties 增加 属性 header-align
