Strength indicator for password fields

From some user-testing, one of the nice-to-have feature requests that came up was having a strength indicator for the password fields. I think it's definitely good to have to avoid users from using very small passwords, passwords with their name/email, or passwords from a list of commonly used and exposed passwords.
