@rathish24 Video posts, much like drafts, queue, or submissions, get a new ID whenever they transition state. Immediately after creation, the video post in a processing state while the video is transcoded, which is the ID you're seeing in the first response. Once it finishes transcoding, it will switch to a published state, and receive a new ID, which is what you're seeing in the second call.
We are aware of the difficulties that this causes. Our current advise is that after you create a video post, you should poll your published posts until it appears there (along with a reasonable timeout of a few minutes).
