May be it is using a older version of Dhvani. There was a null pointer access issue in master. It was closed recently. That may be causing the problem. Please contact the website administrator and inform about the issue. Using latest code will solve this issue if that is the case.

If not logs and Dhvani output will help.

Redirecting output speech to ogg file does not work currently. It is a regression. I guess it the reason for this issue also.
