First of all, thanks for this useful (indispensable) program!
When doing installs in corporate environments, the question of admin/user privilege is crucial (in case an install requires admin privilege, this may need to be escalated to support staff).
Is it possible to run the .exe without admin privileges? If yes, it might be useful to document it?
If not, what would it take to add the possibility to install it with user privilege level?

That is currently not possible. Ideally there would be a wizard page asking to install as user or as admin, along with a corresponding command-line flag.
