I am going to be switching away from https://github.com/cferdinandi/smooth-scroll since they don't publish via npm and they made a breaking API change. Also, it seem like https://zengabor.github.io/zenscroll/ has more features and a smaller size.

Additionally they switched their license to GPL.. :(
