Option to not zip files

It would be great to be able to disable the mandatory zipping in the script, whether because the artifact you are uploading is already zipped through more efficient methods, or the fact that you are uploading a single file like a JSON manifest.

Not expecting glob support in this case, though of course it would be nice, but it would require multiple share links or one folder-wide share link I believe.
