[nextcloud] 'htaccess.RewriteBase' not correctly set

Describe the bug
I am using Traefik as ingress and want to publish nextcloud under the path /nextcloud/ - but in config.php 'htaccess.RewriteBase' is configured as "/"

To Reproduce
install nextcloud and configure a subpath in traefik

Expected behavior
it works and config.php is configured according to the subpath...

Ok, i thought it worked with htacces.RewriteBase correctly set - but not really. The standard config does not work with being exposed under a subdirectory. Please reject this issue - I'll dig deeper into the problem.
