This does not happen when I open it through one of the pre-existing versions in the task tray.
Also the passwords and automatic log-in do not get saved at all even when I open the same version through the task tray. I put the password and lock it, and when I open it again the unlock button is available even though I haven't put in the password yet.

I think this is happening because clicking on the .exe will just start another instance. Perhaps some kind of change that checks if the program is already running would be a good idea. I'll look into it.
