TestHiveGlueMetastore is good for low-level tests of the Hive connector

however, we should also have test with Glue, with hive runtime (product tests):

  • ability to test against tables that are create-able from Hive, but not from Presto
  • ability to test Presto behavior end-to-end, eg including information_schema behavior
