New env variables for SID, Instance Number(NR), vHost

If we can have new environment variables for SID, Instance Number(NR), vHost then it will greatly help to write/modify checks for ASCS-ERS cluster. The resources names contains these variables and it will be easy to filter the resource names using the variables.

I understand that currently env variables cannot be used to calculate expectations. It would greatly help if env variables can be used to calculate expectations.
