Sorry for the image -- my Windows VM pathetically slow that I went ahead and 
took a photo 
snapshot via Evernote for Android .. before Google Chrome could open for 
reporting this bug inside 
the VM. (It still hasn't open even as I write this --- sextant is slow today).

See the attached screenshot^W capture for error message.
