Considerations and implementations

  • adds FAQ.md
  • adds USAGE_CRUISER.md
  • makes the README.md shorter and easier to read
  • uniforms stuff - ADB, /
  • clarifies VTOM rendering paragraphs
  • updates the installation routine with openJDK
