request: Demo site

A small demo site of the form builder in action would raise the profile of your product and make it easier for devs to sell it to non-technical people. It's one thing to read documentation, it's quite another to see it in action, especially to a layperson.

Hi @abigtoe, please feel free to submit a pull request.
We have it public and have some documentation for our internal usage but never intended to support it as we don't have the bandwidth for such an open-source project. I feel like running the examples though is already a good demo.
