Problem with make updatedb #957

The make updatedb command is failing due to an issue in get_special_IDs.py. The request at line 25 of that script fails with a 404 error on http://registry.dstar.su/api/node.php. I tried to find an alternate endpoint to retrieve that information, but didn't come up with anything.

A subsequent awk command fails because special.tmp does not exist.
