GNUWin32 Pathnames Borked Again

Gerry wrote to report that his builds are failing in GNUWin32. Among other issues, his build is failing because GNUWin32 is installed to "C:\Program Files (x86)\GNUWin32" and the spaces confuse GNU's /bin/sh implementation.

As a workaround, he can install GNUWin32 to C:\GNUWin32 to eliminate spaces, but it's absurd that this is necessary. Close this issue when the path can handle spaces.
