Model Zoo shows gated models as locked if app auto-detects your HuggingFace token

I think we added a feature to not overwrite your HuggingFace token if you are already logged in. But now the app says you are logged in successfully, but won't let you download gated models.

Probably just have to update the model zoo to detect that you logged in (right now I think it's looking to see if the token is set in the app)
