new versions missing tags / moodle releases #191

the latest version in master branch is 5.2.4
the latest version on moodle.org/plugins/qtype_coderunner is 5.2.1
the latest git tag is 5.2.2

could we have a git tag for 5.2.4 and an update to moodle.org/plugins page ?
