Quick tracking mode

At the moment the tracking mode (on mobile when if long press on the chart to "select" bar and price) might be enabled by long press and then you need to touch end and then start to touch move to move the crosshair.

Sometimes it might be useful to use kind of "fast tracking mode" so you can enable the tracking mode by long press and then you should be able to touch move to select bar. After you touch end the tracking mode should be finished.

Client's response:

a. We are able to move the crosshair while dragging across the graph when crosshair is present. But when crosshair is absent graph is should not move, we are not able to achieve that. The reply for our query is not sufficient. There should be some method by which only crosshair should move not the graph when crosshair is absent.
