I recently download a project ,and it can't import this plugin by any means, sbt report a not found error in https://repo.scala-sbt.org/scalasbt/sbt-plugin-releases/org.tpolecat/tut-core_2.12/0.6.13/ivys/ivy.xml , but I find out the correct address maybe is https://dl.bintray.com/sbt/sbt-plugin-releases/org.tpolecat/tut-plugin/scala_2.12/sbt_1.0/0.6.3/ivys/ , how can i make it right?Or what should I do to import this plugin right to my project.
Sorry to ask this naive question, but it really bothers me too much

If the project was ever able to build it still should. No artifacts have been removed. Did you change the build at all?

But more generally tut is deprecated. Please switch to mdoc. See the migration guide.
